Mike Brown & Dean Ryan
Company Directors

Brentwood Lettings was set up by Mike & Dean who had worked together in construction for many years before branching out into property acquisition & management. Through their wealth of knowledge in the property & construction industry they have grown the business from a small unit in nearby Blackley, to a thriving high street office in Moston. Their local expertise & connections with investors & tradespeople has been essential in helping the company expand over the past 20 years.

Joe Beck
Lettings Manager

Starting at Brentwood Lettings in 2009, Joe initially began working as a letting agent, before becoming manager in 2010. Since then, Joe has helped to grow the company into a finely tuned business. Working with clients in the UK & overseas, Joe is responsible for the smooth running of the lettings department, managing the office staff & dealing with complex issues on a day to day basis.

Victoria Kenyon
Letting Agent

Victoria has been with the company since 2017, initially part-time, before becoming a full time letting agent, Vicky’s roles include carrying out viewings, inspections, inventories & essential office admin, however her main role is tenant selection via the application process, Vicky’s diligent & no-nonsense approach ensures the best possible applicant is selected for the properties.

Hayley Madden
Letting Agent

Starting in 2021, Hayley is an essential member of the team, carrying out viewings, inspections & inventories, alongside her office admin roles. Hayley is responsible for arranging legal safety inspections of the properties & rent recovery where required, which necessitates daily interaction with tenants, landlords & contractors.

Stuart Moss
Construction Manager

Stuart is responsible for overseeing the construction side of our company, via our maintenance division D&M Property Services & Rybro Construction. This involves pricing up jobs on properties for our clients, managing the construction team & ensuring compliance with building regulations. With over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, Stuart’s valuable knowledge & practical skills help to ensure the properties are well maintained & jobs are completed successfully.

Marcela Pritchard
Accounts

With the company since its inception in 2005, initially as an office administrator & since 2009 as our in-house head of accounts. Marcela’s keen eye for detail, diligent book-keeping & intricate filing system ensures everything ticks over smoothly & efficiently. Her hard working & dedicated approach is a key ingredient in maintaining a strong & healthy relationship with our clients, some of whom have been with the company since day one.
