If you would like to apply for a property, please complete this application form & provide all the required information to our office within 5 working days of viewing the property.
All documents MUST be originals as we do not accept photo copies.
Before applying for the property please ensure you are able to provide the following information upon request:
Important Information
- If you have not rented a property within the last 6 months, you will be required to provide a guarantor who works full time.
- Before you move in you will be required to pay a deposit which is equivalent to 5 weeks rent & the 1st months rent in advance. This must be paid by the applicant or close friend or family member. We do not accept any bond schemes or grants.
- If the property provides a “No Deposit Option” and you are in receipt of full benefits to pay the rent, you will be required to provide a guarantor who works full time.
- The “No Deposit Option” cannot be confirmed until all referencing has been completed to determine eligibility.
- If your application is accepted, subject to referencing, you will be required to pay a holding deposit equivalent to 1 weeks rent & you will then have a maximum of 15 days to move into the property & pay the remaining monies. The holding deposit will be put towards the 1st months’ rent.
- After paying the holding deposit, if you withdraw from the application, or have provided false information on your application form, we reserve the right to reject your application & retain the holding deposit. This includes information which is provided by your Guarantor(s)
